THIS EVENT IS 18+ WITH A VALID I.D. DOORS: 7:00 PM SHOW: 8:00 PM ALL TIMES AND SUPPORT BANDS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE OR REFUND. Tickets purchased from third-party outlets CANNOT be verified by our Box Office. If you sell/purchase your tickets from a third-party, we are not liable for any entry issues you may have. Any disputes involving third-party ticket purchases must be settled with the third-party outlet directly. The Paradise Rock Club Box Office is open for ticket purchases from 12 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. If traveling from out of town, please call the customer line at 617-562-8801 to verify hours. There is a seating area available for those with mobility limitations. If you require accommodation, we encourage you to reach out to information@crossroadspresents.com as soon as you have purchased your GA ticket. Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. You may only purchase a $30 parking voucher for the parking lot located at 181 Brighton Ave if you also purchase a ticket for the corresponding nights show at Brighton Music Hall. A parking attendant will scan your digital parking voucher. You will not be admitted to the lot if you do not provide a valid voucher. You may park your vehicle in a spot at the far left side of the lot as directed by the parking attendant from 1 hour before the show until 1 hour after the Brighton Music Hall show ends or 2:30am, whichever comes first. YOUR VEHICLE IS SUBJECT TO TOWING OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES. Neither Brighton Music Hall nor Hallston Realty Associates are responsible, and neither assumes liability for any loss or damage to your vehicle or items left in your vehicle, whether resulting from fire, theft or other cause. Tailgating is not permitted on the lot.
Brighton Music Hall does not have a specific bag policy. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH. Re-entry is allowed with the appropriate stamp as smoking inside the club is strictly prohibited. See staff at the door before stepping outside. Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venue.
