Sparta

The quick read

• We like to refer to our venue as an island surrounded by paid on street and off street parking. In fact, there is even a paid parking lot just to the south of our building. Please note that Marquis does not operate these parking lots and the early bird usually gets the spots. Plan, plot, and park accordingly. Marquis has partnered with ParkWhiz to offer easy and reliable parking options. Book Parking Here https://www.parkwhiz.com/marquis-theater-parking/
• o If you lose an item while you are at an event, please email marquis@livenation.com to see if it has been turned in. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the team to look for your item and respond back to you. The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a courtesy, we hold lost items for 30 days. o Marquis is proud to offer pizza by the slice from Denvers favorite Marquis Pizza. We also offer a wide variety of beverage options at any of our bars throughout the venue. o Marquis is a cashless music venue. We accept only card and contactless payment at all points of sale (box office excluded). If needed, please visit either our box office or bar to convert your cash to a prepaid card. These cards are fee free, can be used anywhere that accepts Mastercard, and can be loaded with any amount needed. Artist merch vendors are permitted to manage their own cash sales. o A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events and to consume alcohol. Accepted forms of identification include state-issued ID or Drivers License, valid nonexpired US Government or Military ID, or an official passport.  Marquis has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume, or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.  Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed directly on the event page. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages. o Customer Safety information and restricted items list available here https://www.livenation.com/venueguidelines
• o All guests ages 3 and older need a ticket for entry. Please provide ear protection for children.
